Loro Piana took advantage to push a more personal approach to gifting for the Christmas season when online sale tends to be its highest. Gifts are personal already but we wanted to further inspires people to think in more personal terms about their gift – the person who will receive it. The Art of Gifting allows that. Interactive guide to find special gift where the user will go through step by step questionnaire and at last the user finds a perfect match.
Gift sets lets you purchase the entire set of selected items; colours, looks, patterns that they all harmonise. Each one of them are personalised, selected and designed for each region around the world.
There was also an introduction to the omni-channel Gift Card for a physical and a digital purchase purposes. Personalised messages can also be freely added up to 250 words. This is enhanced by again newly introduced e-video and e-voice messages from the Gifters to Giftees. Such recorded messages will be opened as soon as the email is received and opened.
An immense online projects resulted in a huge success as online visitors and purchases in the 4th quarter for Loro Piana rose extensively.
